2026-2027 PTO Nominations: Election Season is Here!

It’s time for the 2026-2027 PTO nominations, and we are excited to see an engaged process for the upcoming academic year. Our community is made up of incredible families, and we encourage you to nominate or run for a position to help shape our school community. Below you’ll find the election details for each PTO committee.

 

Please Note:

  • Families with children at Upper (Middle/High) and Lower (PK-5) will be asked to vote for Inc, ABC, Upper and Lower Elections.

  • Families with children at only one campus (Upper/Middle or PK-5) will participate in Inc, ABC and their campus elections.​

Election Timetable:

  • Nominations accepted April 3-15

  • Ballots emailed April 20

  • Elections closed April 24

  • New Committee announced April 27

Lower School PTO Committee (PK2-5th grade)

Open Positions:

  • Lower School President - Inc

  • Vice President - Lower Elem (PK2-3)

  • Vice President - Upper Elem (4/5)

  • Teacher Appreciation (PK-5)

  • Student Appreciation (PK-5)

  • Voting Community: Parents, guardians, teachers, and staff from the lower campus (PK2-5th)

Upper School PTO Committee (6th-12th grade)

Open Positions:

  • Upper School President - Inc

We are excited to continue and expand the Rancho Solano PTO and are looking forward to an engaged election process. Your involvement is key to building a strong and active community! The PTO supports students, teachers, and parents through various educational and community-oriented events, including teacher/student appreciation, supporting athletics and fine arts, and more. We rely on parent volunteers to make this happen.Please consider running for a position or nominating someone who would be an effective and enthusiastic member of one of these committees.
