2025-2026 PTO Nominations: Election Season is Here!

It’s time for the 2025-2026 PTO nominations, and we are excited to see an engaged process for the upcoming academic year. Our community is made up of incredible families, and we encourage you to nominate or run for a position to help shape our school community. Below you’ll find the election details for each PTO committee.

 

Please Note:

  • Families with children at both campuses will be asked to participate in all FOUR elections.

  • Families with children at only one campus will participate in THREE elections.

  • All Treasurer Positions are confirmed by the PTO INC Board of Directors not elected by the community.

Election Timetable:

  • Nominations accepted March 26th-April 2nd

  • Ballots emailed April 7th

  • Elections closed April 11th.

Lower School Greenway PTO Committee (PK2-5th grade)

Open Positions:

  • Fundraising/Grant Liaison (2-year term)

  • Treasurer (2-year term)

  • Voting Community: Parents, guardians, teachers, and staff from the lower campus (PK2-5th)

Upper and Middle School Ventura PTO Committee (6th-12th grade)

Open Positions:

  • Middle School Teacher Appreciation (1-year term)

  • High School Teacher Appreciation (1-year term)

We are excited to continue and expand the Rancho Solano PTO and are looking forward to an engaged election process. Your involvement is key to building a strong and active community! The PTO supports students, teachers, and parents through various educational and community-oriented events, including teacher/student appreciation, supporting athletics and fine arts, and more. We rely on parent volunteers to make this happen.Please consider running for a position or nominating someone who would be an effective and enthusiastic member of one of these committees.
