Staff Appreciation Week Sponsorship
Honor the marvelous educators and personnel who define our unique school culture. As the Title Sponsor, your organization or family will be featured prominently on official event banners and digital marketing throughout this celebratory week. Mix & Mingle Kick Off Event
Our premier back to school gathering unites faculty and families to network and celebrate the new term. It is the perfect venue for welcoming newcomers and strengthening community bonds. The Lead Sponsor enjoys top tier exposure throughout the venue and in all digital event invitations sent to our entire database. Title Sponsor - $25,000
Snack Fairy
We have partnered with Fresh & Easy Markets to launch micro markets at each school, providing staff with nutritious food and drink choices right on campus. This new initiative succeeds the former Snack Fairy program to better serve our team with convenience and quality. Title Sponsor - $22,500 Fall Snack Sponsor - $11,250 Spring Snack Sponsor - $11,250 One Snack for a Week - $1,000 One Drink for a Week - $1,000 One Snack & Drink for a week - $2000 *All options are school-wide.* Custom options available! Lower School Student Sparkle Fund
Support the creation of vibrant memories for younger Mustangs through specialized activities, exam week surprises, festive treats, and various student focused recognition events held across the current academic calendar. Campus Banners
Showcase your family or business while supporting the Rancho Solano community! Sponsors may display a custom banner at one, two, or all three campuses for year round visibility. You provide the completed banner artwork, and the PTO will coordinate the placement and installation. Banner sponsorships begin at $2,500 for one campus, with discounted packages available for multiple campuses. Donors who contribute $25,000 or more receive one complimentary banner at the campus of their choice. *The PTO must approve design and will print and install at your specific campus One Campus - $2,500 Two Campuses - $3,000 Three Campuses - $5,000
Staff Lunch Sponsorship
Provide a delightful professional meal for our hardworking educators. Donors will be recognized with custom signage showcased during the specific lunch period. There are 11 total lunches per campus. Greenway Faculty Lunch — $2,000 Pima Faculty Lunch — $1,000 Ventura Faculty Lunch — $2,000
Monthly Staff Spotlight
Each month, one faculty member from both the lower and upper schools will be honored during PTO meetings with a thoughtful gift for their service. Sponsors will be publicly acknowledged during these special award presentations.
Educational Grants
Empower classroom innovation and excellence by funding our grant program. These awards are distributed periodically based on faculty applications and fund availability. Title Sponsor - $30,000 Lower School Awards — $15,000 Upper School Awards — $15,000 Past distributions have fueled artistic ventures, facility upgrades, digital learning tools, specialized teacher coaching, sports equipment, and various student clubs.
Upper School Gifting
Help us celebrate and appreciate our Upper School teachers and staff throughout the year by sponsoring one of our staff gifting initiatives. Sponsorship opportunities may include: Title Sponsor - 37,400 Holiday Gifts - $17,600 Staff Appreciation Gifts - $17,600 Staff Birthday Gifts - $2,200 Your sponsorship helps the PTO provide thoughtful gifts and meaningful recognition to Upper School teachers, administrators and staff members during these special occasions. Sponsors may choose to support a specific gifting initiative or contribute toward the overall Upper School staff appreciation program.
Lower School Gifting
Help us celebrate and appreciate our Lower School teachers and staff throughout the year by sponsoring one of our staff gifting initiatives. Sponsorship opportunities may include: Title Sponsor - $36,500 Holiday Gifts - $17,200 Staff Appreciation Gifts - $17,200 Staff Birthday Gifts - 2,150 Your sponsorship helps the PTO provide thoughtful gifts and meaningful recognition to Lower School teachers, administrators and staff members during these special occasions. Sponsors may choose to support a specific gifting initiative or contribute toward the overall Lower School staff appreciation program.

For years, families have been asked to contribute throughout the school year for various PTO initiatives, teacher gifts, appreciation events, and campus programs. This year, we are introducing a simpler and more transparent approach:

Instead of multiple fundraising requests throughout the year, families are invited to consider one annual contribution that helps support:

What Makes This Different?

The PTO will now help fund teacher and staff appreciation initiatives directly, eliminating the need for Grade Guide to collect money for multiple staff members throughout the year.
